Š. m. balandžio mėn. 25-27 d. Verslo vadybos fakultete viešėjo dėstytoja Tanja Abarca Kokol iš Mariboro svetingumo ir turizmo profesinės kolegijos. Dėstytoja Tanja vedė vokiečių kalbos paskaitas Organizacijų vadybos (OM20 grupei) ir Turizmo vadybos (TV21 grupei) studijų programų studentams. Šių grupių studentai turėjo puikią progą ne tik pasitikrinti savo vokiečių kalbos žinias, kurias jie įgijo besimokydami vokiečių kalbos nuo š. m. vasario mėn., bet ir įrodyti: kiek yra pramokę šios jiems naujos užsienio kalbos, nes dėstytoja Tanja kalbėjo tik vokiškai!
„Esam be galo laimingi, kad galėjome susipažinti su nuostabia dėstytoja Tanja ir išmokyti naujų žodžių tema „Mieste”, taip pat gramatinių struktūrų, kurias galėsime panaudoti jau per vokiečių kalbos egzaminą“ – dalijosi savo įspūdžiais studentai po paskaitų su dėstytoja Violeta Žemaitiene. Užsienio kalbų dėstytoja Tanja Abarca Kokol (ji ir ispanų kalbos dėstytoja!) praktikumus vedė emocionaliai, skambant muzikai ir pasitelkdama visus savo aktorinius gebėjimus. Buvo labai įdomi patirtis per praktikumus girdėti muziką, nes dėstytoja Tanja nemėgsta tylos ir taip paskaitas veda Mariboro svetingumo ir turizmo profesinėje kolegijoje.
Susitikime su kolege iš Slovėnijos, Tanja Abarca Kokol Užsienio kalbų centro vedėja Jūratė Patackaitė domėjosi užsienio kalbų situacija šioje šalyje ir Kolegijoje, aptarė galimą bendradarbiavimą mokslo tiriamojoje veikloje bei ateities vizitus.

Visit of the lecturer of the Slovenia Vocational College for Catering and Tourism Maribor Tanya Abarka Kokol to the Vilnius University of Applied Sciences
On April 25-27, 2022, teacher Tanya Abarka Kokol from the Vocational College for Catering and Tourism Maribor visited the Faculty of Business Management. The teacher Tanya lectured in German for students of the study programmes “Organization Management“ (group OM20) and “Tourism Management“ (group TV21). The students of these groups had a great opportunity not only to test their knowledge of the German language, which they acquired by studying German since February this year, but also to prove how much they learned this new foreign language for them, because the teacher Tanya spoke only German!
“We are extremely happy that we were able to meet the wonderful teacher Tanya and learn new words on the topic “In the city”, as well as grammatical constructions that we can use already during the German language exam,” – the students shared their impressions after the lectures with their teacher Violeta Žemaitiene. The Foreign language teacher Tanya Abarka Kokol (she is also the teacher of Spanish!) led the workshops emotionally, to the music and using all her acting skills. It is a very interesting technique to listen to music during practical classes, because teacher Tanya does not like silence, and thus, she lectures that way at the Vocational College for Catering and Tourism in Maribor.
During the meeting with a colleague from Slovenia, Tanja Abarca Kokol, Head of the Foreign Language Centre Jūratė Patackaitė was interested in the situation of foreign languages in this country and in the College, discussed possible cooperation in research activities and future visits.
